Brian Anderson
Brian is a CFO and transaction finance professional. He co-founded and led Voyage Partners, a search fund, and served as its operating leader through acquisition, growth, and a sale that produced outsized returns for its investors. Since then he has served as CFO and transaction finance lead for owner-led companies, nonprofits, and investor-backed businesses. In all, he has sourced, diligenced, and supported through closing $45 million of enterprise value. He lives in Waco, Texas, with his family.

What Voyage is not
Not a CPA firm: our work is financial due diligence, and it never replaces a buyer's or lender's own diligence. Not a business broker: we take no success fees and run no sale processes. If a company we are advising fits what we buy, we say so on the first call and the owner chooses which conversation to have; we never have both.
